Sophia's 1st Birthday Party...

Mummy brought me to sophia's 1st Birthday thou Daddy's not ard...Thanks to Uncle Iain and Auntie Claudia and bro Bradley who came and pick us....
I enjoyed myself very much sitting on the jumperoo and playing with Bradley...
Mummy had an easy time wif me too as im not cranky in a new environment.

My First Lantern Festival with mummy...

Auntie bought me alot of lanterns to play with ...but i guess im just tasting all of them....as they will all end up in my mouth soaked with my free flow saliva...heehee

Maiden Voyage for Froggy

I have been planning to bring Ryan swimming after the lunar 7th Mth and am so glad that i can finally arranged with Edna to bring jovan along too..... Imagine i have to carry so many things...as well as the big froggy float...but it all seems worth to see Ryan kicking so happily in the pool. He seems happy inside his froggy float with a big shade....haha...I almost fainted blowing up the float manually....Phew!

Lil Jovan is tall enough to stand in the 0.5m pool and he can even managed afew steps walking in the water without support. Simply loved his wet suit and his reaction playing in the water...we should do this more often to let them explore the big pool of water....together with more strangers in the pool.

Bye Bye Daddy!

The day has finally come on 30th Aug'11 where daddy gt to fly off to Tom Yum paradise for the whole of  Sept!
Hubby insist to drive to the airport thou im quite worried that i have to drive back alone with baobei in the carseat behind as he can be quite cranky at times while in the car seat and im abit rusty behind the wheels too!
But no choice as we have not much time to think much...so is sort of "JUST DO IT" !!
Ryan seems amused by the airport surroundings as his head keep turning everywhere...hubby says make him tired so he can slp on the way back in the carseat.."I hope so too". So lets take some real family pics while waiting for Daddy's boarding pass...

New Walker !

I brought Ryan's walker to my aunt hse so was thinking mayb is time to open up the other walker i bought for him thou tats for a later stage ard 9 mths when he learns to walk. So while he catches some slp, i quickly open up the box and start assembling the walker while my boys are sound asleep in the room. Im quite satisfied with my work except to leave the last gear for daddy to pluck it in. My baobei seems happy sitting on it..Times flies and he will be seen running ard pushing it very soon....

Alone time with Ryan

I spent the rest of the Sunday and Mon with Ryan alone at home playing with him and feeding him and changing him..."Tired"!!! I tried to push him to NTUC early evening in the end comes back with Butternut squash..cant wait to let him try again...haha
Have to sent him back to amk on National Day to pass him to my Aunt before i go back work today...Hope he dun cry out loud like sat at warren being in a unfamiliar environment. To my surprise , he didnt...probably cos my aunt n uncle is ther...Kudos again to my Baobei..Muacks!
Having mixed feelings at nite.. Im happy cos at last i can have good rest n slp well at nite but sad on the other hand as will miss him again....so i cant wait to see him again this coming friday. I was so busy taking care of him the whole long wkend i didnt even manage to take any pictures of him to post online can u imagine!! Anyway..is time to take more pics of as he's growing incredibly fast...so Stay TUNED!!!

Baby Shower - Princess Kate!

My Baby Ryan is a brave boy surviving 2 jabs on 5th Aug 2011 : Hep B 3rd Dose and Pneumococcal jab..! He did cried a little after the 2nd Pneumoccal jab but stopped shorty after less half a min while the big lil girl is still crying after jus 1 jab. He received positive compliments from the nurse..Good job my boy, mama's so proud of you...muacks!
Abit paranoid at first as im afraid he will develop fever after the tramatic 2 jab as we still have baby kate baby shower to attend the next day but my boy is still going strong to survive that again jus that abit low batt the night before  ...  Go Go Go commando spirit my baobei...another reason to give you a big kiss again!
Finally the day came when we make our way to Warren Golf and Country Club to attend our Princess Kate Baby Shower. Kate still looks so little and tiny , it reminds me of my boy when he is 1 mth old....well there should be a difference btn Princess and Princess in terms of size... but still looks just as cuteeeeee!!!

Innovative Bath Area

My cousin sent me this picture yesterday morning where Ryan is having his fun time while bathing....
Had a aweful time trying to drag myself to wake up to work but brightens my day after seeing his smile in the picture....! I hope the basin will not drop down as his weight increases....at least his bath tub is still there...haha

 Baobei are you driving?? hands like holding on to the gear heehee...!

Getting Excited

Baobei is so excited sitting in his own walker, will be cranky at times when he dun wan to sit or nobody entertains him while he is sitting inside. He is so scare of loneliness and wans attention all the time!

Hectic Thurs!

Now my weekly routine will have to finish everything by thurs as Fri, Sat and Sun will be busy with baobei. I realised that is time again to clean my mattress and Ryan's mattress so might as well do everything using the Delphin. So in order not to disturbed my neighbours late at nite with the vacum , after i came back from work, i immediately set up the cleaner and start cleaning the matresses and pillows, vacuum floors of the room, dinning, study and living room floors!! Next on the list : change bedsheeets! I decided to have my dinner first before i bathe and setup Ryan's new walker which i jus bought for him in the afternn. My body was aching already so i really have no more energy and motivation for the following tasks which i hope i still have time to do it after i bring him home tonite....
- Change his foldable mattress bedsheet
- Wash all his bottles and milk powder containers again
- Wipe and clean his new walker
- Wash , cut , Steam and blend carrots for freezing

This is the walker i carry all the way back to office from OG People's park and to the carpark afterwrk back home and  finally install it....luckily is still in one piece! I'm quite impressed with myself hahah...Hope my baobei likes to sit in it, i can imagine myself feeding him his cereal in it... :)

Introducing Pumpkin Puree with Cereal

Finally, the day has come for me to bring out my masak Avent Steam and Blender to prepare pumpkin for Ryan.
i took the effort to go ntuc to buy pumpkin n apples during lunch time on fri so i can prepare at night to feed him on Sat. In the end i still have to time to blend the apples...
i took out the blender to wash and clean it first cos i knw i will hav no time to do all these after i bring Ryan home on Fri night. Luckily the blender is quite simple and easy to manage with little parts to wash and assemble.

I only managed to test its blending ability by putting in the steamed pumpkin. without adding enough water, the end pdt i got becomes a thick pumpkin puree which makes it difficult for me to transfer it to the baby cubes.
Anyway , the menu for Ryan's lunch on Saturday would be Pumpkin with Cereal.

After preparing the cereal and heating up the pumpkin puree....Baobei is ready to mumm mumm...

It should be quite tasty or he's very hungry cos he finishes everything.!!! YEah so happy that he likes it...and can continue to feed him for the rest of the week!..... so what's next on the menu..?Carrots? Sweet Potato?Sweet corn?...Awwwww i cant wait!
