Hectic Thurs!

Now my weekly routine will have to finish everything by thurs as Fri, Sat and Sun will be busy with baobei. I realised that is time again to clean my mattress and Ryan's mattress so might as well do everything using the Delphin. So in order not to disturbed my neighbours late at nite with the vacum , after i came back from work, i immediately set up the cleaner and start cleaning the matresses and pillows, vacuum floors of the room, dinning, study and living room floors!! Next on the list : change bedsheeets! I decided to have my dinner first before i bathe and setup Ryan's new walker which i jus bought for him in the afternn. My body was aching already so i really have no more energy and motivation for the following tasks which i hope i still have time to do it after i bring him home tonite....
- Change his foldable mattress bedsheet
- Wash all his bottles and milk powder containers again
- Wipe and clean his new walker
- Wash , cut , Steam and blend carrots for freezing

This is the walker i carry all the way back to office from OG People's park and to the carpark afterwrk back home and  finally install it....luckily is still in one piece! I'm quite impressed with myself hahah...Hope my baobei likes to sit in it, i can imagine myself feeding him his cereal in it... :)

Introducing Pumpkin Puree with Cereal

Finally, the day has come for me to bring out my masak Avent Steam and Blender to prepare pumpkin for Ryan.
i took the effort to go ntuc to buy pumpkin n apples during lunch time on fri so i can prepare at night to feed him on Sat. In the end i still have to time to blend the apples...
i took out the blender to wash and clean it first cos i knw i will hav no time to do all these after i bring Ryan home on Fri night. Luckily the blender is quite simple and easy to manage with little parts to wash and assemble.

I only managed to test its blending ability by putting in the steamed pumpkin. without adding enough water, the end pdt i got becomes a thick pumpkin puree which makes it difficult for me to transfer it to the baby cubes.
Anyway , the menu for Ryan's lunch on Saturday would be Pumpkin with Cereal.

After preparing the cereal and heating up the pumpkin puree....Baobei is ready to mumm mumm...

It should be quite tasty or he's very hungry cos he finishes everything.!!! YEah so happy that he likes it...and can continue to feed him for the rest of the week!..... so what's next on the menu..?Carrots? Sweet Potato?Sweet corn?...Awwwww i cant wait!

A big step forward

On this bring sunny sunday...i decided to let Ryan play with water in the big pool and wear his wet suit before he grow out of it....but we all slept till late morning so we missed the early sunshine.. We still bring him down since we wun let him dip in the pool for long, so i tink the hot sun shld be ok. Luckily is not that crowded... in the pool.
Daddy is in charge to swim wif him , and im in charge of photo taking...but standing under the hot sun makes me feel like jumping in wif them too...haha
Lucky for us, baobei is not afraid of the cold water, he seems amused by his giant float and the duckies swimming around him that he totally ignored my pleas and cries to look at my camera and smile...

Welcome to our family - Lil Princess Kate Jane Tay

On July 14th evening, suddenly received a call from Aunt that my cousin have pop... My lil niece have arrived...
It was a surprise initially as she's 2 wks early but it soon turned to joy and excitment as we all cant wait to meet her.....so the next day, we went to visit her and baby at TMC before she went home for confinement. As usual, all newborns are sleeping beauty and prince so dun expect too much from them except keeing their eyes closed...haha

Maiden Voyage in the Pool....

Since i have a neck float hand down from Sis, lets give it a try to see if Ryan likes it in the water in the shallow spa pool....so wearing his zogg swim nappy....let get Wild Wild Wet!
Abit tramatised and insecure initially probably cos of the float or the water temperature...but on the 2nd attempt, he seems to like it after getting used to it...heehee

kicking and kicking around....

is time to get out of the water soon as the temp drops and skin gets crumpled. ...... shall wait for the next down to the big pool with a new float and wet suit...!

Welcome Home Bradley!

Missing our maiden shot wif Lil Bradley at the Airport, the day has come for us to shoot all we wan to welcome lil Bradley home from Potato Land.

As he sits quietly in his pram (drooling occasionally), safely strapped....all the attention is on him then....and i managed to capture some nice pics....SO CUTE!!!

 While Ryan's busy tasting his fingers leaving traces of his saliva everywhere...

2 mths after Botak

My Hair was all gone in a flash....althou there's not much to start with...

2mths later, my hair has grown so fast n long (same speed as Daddy's hair)

First Try on Cereal!

Baobei Ryan is getting cranky and upset in the middle of the nite waking up few times and crying loud and non-stop. Refuse to drink his milk and refusing to sleep. I got abit worried when he is rejecting milk or drinking veri little. So in the moring after he wakes up, i tried to feed him again and he refused to drink again...Thus , we decided to bring him down to the poolside to distract him abit and let him try the organice cereal sis bought for me. MIxing 2 teaspoon of cereal with my breast milk, his face looks disgusted and spit all out at first.... After afew attempts and cereal into his mouth, he is starting to like it or starting to feel hungry.... he crys for more when im too slow to feed the cereal into his mouth... after finishing the cereal, he is finally willing to finishing drinking the rest of the milk.....Phew..wat a relief!!!
